The architectural style bridges between contrasts and conflicts, a kind of microcosm of what
is happening in this city.
The project integrates old and new - the modern stone clad façade with the old buildings
surrounding the project is designed to blend into the existing 19th century urbanscape. It
bridges between Bethlehem Road and lively shops with the green boulevard that stretches
throughout the project, the urban experience evolves slowly until it opens into a tranquil green
park at the end.The landscape design displays a relationship between personal space including
private gardens and large windows, and public squares and courtyards sewn along the buildings
in the project and creating a sense of connection and communication.
